Jim has over 40 years of executive experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations and Product Management in the industrial marketplace. During his time in the bearing and industrial power transmission businesses, he led numerous teams which formulated and implemented strategic plans resulting in significant cost reductions, process improvements utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques and increased profit margins. He is also experienced in evaluating and implementing ERP systems.
Jim has traveled in Europe, China and India where he developed relationships with low cost suppliers which resulted in long term business partnerships. He is a skilled negotiator who fashions collaborative relationships with major suppliers resulting in lowering the total cost of doing business
Terry has over 30 years of experience in sales, product & market management, and channel development in the bearing and power transmission industry. Over this time her responsibilities have included customer service, price management, cost estimation, salesman incentive development and administration, channel analysis and selection.
She is adept at data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access. She is equally skilled with reviewing and improving sales processes. Using her degree in engineering, Terry brings strong process and data driven decision making to her ability to understand customer needs.
